Order tracking says my order was delivered, but it's not here. What do I do?

• Please confirm your package was not left in an inconspicuous spot or with a household member.
• Sometimes orders may show as delivered by the carrier up to 48 hours before they’re actually delivered. There’s a high likelihood it’ll arrive in the next day or two. If you have questions about this, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly as they’ll have the most up-to-date information.
• The specific carrier, status, and tracking info for your package can be found under your order page. The carrier’s tracking page may also contain more information about where specifically they left the package.
